By booking with Toowoomba Cottage Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Bookings & Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes.
• Cancellations & Changes: Bookings are non-refundable outside of any stated cancellation window. Date changes may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability. If we are able to rebook your original dates, a refund may be provided.
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless prior arrangements have been made. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees.
• Occupancy: Only the number of guests confirmed in your booking may stay at the property. Additional guests must be approved in advance. No Parties or Functions Strictly no parties, events, or functions are permitted at any property. Breaches may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
• Noise & Respect for Neighbours: Guests must be mindful of noise levels and respect neighbouring properties at all times.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Evidence of smoking indoors will incur additional cleaning fees.
• Pets: Pets are permitted with an additional 'pet fee' required at time of booking. Guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not cause damage or disturbance.
• Care of Property: Guests are expected to treat the property with care and leave it in a reasonable condition. Any damage, breakages, or additional cleaning required may be charged.
• No Shoes Indoors: To help maintain the quality of our recently renovated cottages, we ask that guests do not wear shoes inside.
• Liability: While we take every care to provide a safe and comfortable environment, guests are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings during their stay. Toowoomba Cottage Co is not liable for loss, damage or injury to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
